Oneminutesjr makers meet German Chancellor

Four young OneMinutesJr makers will meet German Chancellor Angela Merkel on August 29, 2006 in Berlin. Their films, produced at a workshop in Bochum in April 2006, will be presented in the "Akademie der Künste", where experts, politicians and children will discuss "Child poverty in Germany".

Summerstage in Amsterdam

Starting August 18th, Studio West and Ish are organising Summerstage in Osdorp, Amsterdam. Summerstage gives 40 youngsters the possibility to perform on a big stage for two weeks during the Waterval Festival.

theoneminutes videos from twelve existing or former countries were presented 1-7 August at The Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) in London.

Media workshop in Serbia

From the 22nd to 28th August, The Media Education Centre with support of European Cultural Foundation will organise several media orientated workshops in Vrac (Serbia). Over 60 participants from 16 countries will participate and focus on creating short videos on the topic: contact.
